  1. How much does it cost to ship my order?
    Easy, add the product you want to the shopping cart, enter your exact shipping address and it will calculate the cost for you. It’s a bummer that some international orders may incur import, custom charges, and taxes that are not shown in your cart. These charges are applied by your destination’s custom office and are not collected by Mont8.For more information on those duties contact your local customs office.
  1. When should my order arrive?
    We guarantee that all items will be shipped within 5 business days since we take the time necessary to carefully print, frame, and package the items for shipping. Depending on our courier and shipping destination the delivery may take 2-7 business days.
  1. Who will deliver my order?
    Our shipping partners are Aramex.

    Our shipping partners ensure that you will get your delivery no matter where you are around the globe.
  1. How do I check my order status?
    Unfortunately, you can’t at the moment, but as soon as the order has been successfully placed you will receive an email that will show your order confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched you will be notified via email with the expected shipment arrival date.
  1. What if my order is later than expected?
    If your order hasn’t reached you within 10 business days, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately with your order number so we can try to ensure you will get your artwork as soon as possible.
  1. Can I return or exchange my order?
    Yes, as simple as this sounds with no questions asked. Any unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us so we can solve the issue for you in no time.
  1. Do you offer express shipping?
    If express shipping is your way to go, then we want to make it happen. Just tell us about it here so we can arrange it for you.
  1. My package arrived damaged, what now?
    We’re sorry this is happening to you, let’s make it better. The first step is to take a picture of the package the exact way you received it and send us your pictures of the item so we can assess and hopefully send you your replacement right away. We handle such situations case by case because you’re very important to us. We want each and every one of you to be satisfied with our products and services.
  1. I think I don’t want my order anymore, can I return it back?
    You sure can. Any unused and unopened product that is in its original condition can be easily returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. All you have to do is send us an email mentioning your order number.
